Bill Raabe

Bill Raabe, Partner and Senior Consultant of TheRaabeGroup, LLC,  specializes in Collective Bargaining (interest-based, traditional, and mediation), Labor-Management Relations (collaborative cultures), Group Facilitation, and Executive Coaching. 

Bill has a degree in Elementary Education and has completed graduate work in the areas of school finance, school business management, and the conditions of quality schools. In addition to his educational studies, Bill has earned a certificate in Organizational Development from the National Training Laboratory. 

A seasoned negotiator, Bill has represented both labor and management at the bargaining table and has bargained or facilitated hundreds of agreements over the life of his career. 

Prior to TheRaabeGroup, LLC, Bill served as the Senior Director of the Center for Great Public Schools and the Director of Collective Bargaining & Member Advocacy for the National Education Association. In addition, he previously worked as the Negotiation Specialist for Education Minnesota and taught elementary school in his home state of Minnesota. 

Outside of work, Bill enjoys reading, traveling, and running. He has completed over 50 marathons and many shorter races.
