Instructional Design
At TheRaabeGroup, LLC, we believe that every effective training begins with an effective design. Using an Instructional System Design process (e.g. ADDIE), we customize our training curriculum to meet your specific learning outcomes. Our virtual instructor-led trainings (vILT) are designed to be delivered synchronously and with sufficient engagement opportunities to optimize the online learning experience.
Training Delivery
The instructor-led, participant-centered approach we use in our training design is the same approach we use to deliver our trainings. Be it virtual (synchronous only) or in-person, we deliver content in a highly engaging and interactive manner. Using a variety of adult learning training methodologies, we strive to meet the various learning styles of our participants and harness the collective wisdom of the group.
Bargaining Assistance
Utilizing IBB (Interest Based Bargaining), traditional bargaining, or mediation techniques, we facilitate contract negotiations to assist the parties in reaching mutually agreeable solutions.
